Find Me Cooking is a small tea room, bakery and bespoke catering company run from Betws-y-Coed.

The tea room is open for most of the year, serving home-baked cakes and cream teas, light lunches and really good coffee and tea. You can sit out in the courtyard and enjoy my sunny little corner, at peace from the crowds.

Whether you want a tailor-made event buffet, a romantic meal at home, or a group catering contract, my only restriction is numbers. I try to stay bellow 60 or logistics run away with our tiny space.

The further outside the box the better - my favourite job so far has been creating a three-course black-tie dinner to be served at the top of Tryfan! If you have an event or occasion you would like to discuss catering for, the best thing is for us to have a conversation. Each job is unique, so I find it works well to plan everything over a panad and a cake! Just get in touch.

I love cooking for other people, I have done so ever since I could. I grew up in a B&B and started making pocket money by helping out in, and then running the business in my summer holidays. A position as a chef’s assistant in a tiny Cardiff-based vegetarian restaurant really honed my enthusiasm for cooking. From then, it was fairly inevitable that I ended up owning and running my own cafes. Seasonality in Snowdonia necessitated some extra income, so I began taking outside catering jobs.

I have now found my little happy place in Betws-y-Coed, where I can combine all my skills and enthusiasms. Come and visit!
